I came across this picture on Break with the title “Why On Earth Is This Man Frowning”. So I thought I’d post the picture here and respond to that question. Well … he’s frowning cause that chick he just walked by has her boobs censored. I’d frown too if I was just about to see a topless chick in a parade and that happened.
